At the Summer Solstice the sun is reaching the height of its powers, and soon the energy will shift and the days will begin to gradually shorten again. The two June practices, below, a short and a longer one, express the exuberant, yang, fiery energy of summer, whilst at the same time helping you to stay grounded and centred; balancing the energy of fire with a sense of calmness and spaciousness.
