Imbolc Yoga Practice
This seasonal yoga practice combines physical yoga postures with Imbolc meditation questions. It provides a great way of getting in touch with your own inner wisdom and finding out how best to harness and direct your energy during the coming growing season.
Remember that there is no need to do "hard thinking" about the meditation questions: just simply pose the questions to yourself and trust that at some point your subconcious mind will come up with an answer.
Combining the meditation questions with yoga poses provides a very effective bridge between the physical and the spiritual. As well as being very enjoyable it also seems to ground our intentions in reality.
